BGLPatch

This is a little utility written in a few hours. It addresses the following problem:

Mesh files produced with the Microsoft Terrain SDK tools may be unusable if they are
on the western hemisphere. The reason seems to be that the header of the BGL file contains
wrong eastern coordinates: Always W000:00:00.0000.

This utility opens a file browsing window, select the suspected file. It shows the (correct)
western limit in a gray field and the eastern one. You now can change the eastern one, the
bgl file can than be saved under the same or another name.

It seems that a value set a bit too far east does not make any harm, but the further it is,
the worse the mesh resolution gets.

I succeeded to modify a scenery of Madeira with it.
